    How do I forward tickets to my family

    Hi there, Raymond!

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks for submitting your question to us. I see that you have a visit to the Disneyland Resort coming up in one short week! I always love visiting with my family and it would be my pleasure to help you share your family's tickets with them.

    Did you purchase your family's tickets so they're all under your MyDisney account? Thankfully, it's really easy to link those tickets to each family member's account. This can be done in one of two methods:

    • Disneyland website: Have your family member hover their cursor over "My Disneyland" on the top banner, revealing the pull-down menu. Click on "Link Tickets and Passes." On the next screen, they will need to manually enter their ticket's ID number to link it to their account. 
    • Disneyland Mobile App: Make sure your family has the App downloaded to their phone. From the bottom menu, go to the "≡" Features Screen and scroll down until you see "Link to Account." Press this and, on the next screen, your family member will be able to either use the phone's camera to scan the ticket's bar code (when displayed on your phone through the Disneyland Mobile App) or manually enter the ID number. 

    Once the ticket is linked to its respective family member, they'll be able to access their ticket on their phone and book their own Lightning Lanes. It makes it so much more convenient for your group to separate into smaller groups. It's the most festive time of year at the Disneyland Resort and I hope you all enjoy your Holiday visit!
