Hi Chris, welcome home and welcome to planDisney! Are you hoping to book a
Disney Vacation Club stay soon but unsure of how many points you may have? No worries, I’ve got you covered!
In order to see how many Vacation Points you have, you’ll want to log in to the
DVC website. Under the section “My DVC” (found in the top-right corner if viewing on a desktop or in the left-hand banner if viewing on mobile), you’ll find a section that reads “My Vacation Points”. The following page will display all your Vacation Points for all contracts you own for the current Use Year along with the next two Use Years. It will also display any points banked into the current Use Year, any points you’ve borrowed from the next Use Year, and any points in a holding account.
Alternatively, you can
call Member Services to retrieve your Vacation Points as well. In addition, you can also contact them in case you do not yet have your online account set up or are experiencing technical issues when logging in.
Here’s a bonus tip! You can also view your complete history of your Vacation Points usage for your current Use Year. To do so, just select "View Transactions" from the page I navigated you to earlier. This is helpful to keep track of
bookings,
cancellations,
banking,
borrowing, or any other Vacation Point transactions. I check this from time to time just to make sure things are correct!
Chris, I hope this satisfies your request and if you have any further questions about your DVC membership, please feel free to
contact me and my fellow panelists here at planDisney!
Your pal,
Sean
