It sounds like you've done everything you need to do for your daughter to see her tickets on her My Disney Experience account. Some villain must be meddling with your technology! It's okay though, I have some heroic troubleshooting options for you to try:
-First, see if your daughter can see her tickets within the "My Tickets & Passes" section of the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Sometimes the website is a little behind and you'll be able to see the tickets appear within the app first!
-If that doesn't work, have your daughter sign out and back into her account either on the website or on the app. After she logs on again have her check the ticket section in her account.
-If both of those attempts fail, it's time to call a Cast Member specializing in existing tickets at
(407) 934-7639. They will be able to help your daughter find her tickets. If you are the one to call, have your daughter's email address, phone number, and mailing address ready.
