I booked a reservation for my daughter and put her name. But when I pull up the reservation it shows me as the guest and not my daughter.

    Welcome to planDisney, Michelle!

You are an incredible mother! Booking a Disney reservation for your daughter is some top-tier magic! I'm sure she is going to have an incredible time at Disney World this summer! (Make sure she packs sunscreen and an umbrella.)

I'm so sorry that the internet villains have meddled in your reservations, Michelle. That is always frustrating, but it's nothing that we cannot fix. If you are still seeing your daughter as the Guest on this reservation, I first recommend seeing if there is a "Modify" option on the website or the My Disney Experience Mobile App. If your particular reservation is eligible for modification, you may be able to make a quick transfer online.

If you do not see "Modify" as an option, you're going to need to call a Cast Member at the Help Center. Choose which kind of reservation you're wanting to change (hotel, dining, etc.) and give them a call. You'll want to have your daughter's phone number, email address, and physical address handy for the Cast Member to make this change go smoothly. And getting this transition made more than 30 days out from this reservation is a good idea to avoid any transfer/modification fees.

If you or your daughter have additional questions before June, we would love to hear from you again at planDisney!

Have a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!

I truly believe that dreams come true, and I look forward to sharing that magic with you!
