Tin from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I am a Florida resident and I am buying Disney tickets for myself and a friend at the same time as a treat. Can I make one transaction to buy my friend's Florida resident rate ticket with me, or do I need to make two separate transactions?

Well hello there, Tin. It's so nice that you made it here to planDisney to ask your questions.

We talk a lot here about Disney magic. And the Walt Disney World Resort is truly magical. But the real magic is spending time with the people you love. Your friend is so very lucky to have you. What an amazing treat!

You will be able to purchase Florida Resident tickets for both you and your friend in one transaction. Just so you know, anyone over 18 will need to show proof of residency at the resort to use these tickets.

Now I may not be a Florida Resident, but Tin, you better believe I keep track of the Special Offers for Florida Residents. Why? Well, partly because I'm a planDisney Panelist and it's my job to know...but mostly, because I'm jealous! There are some incredible deals to be had...and you get access to 3 Annual Passes (and a monthly payment plan) that the rest of the world does not. Now that's magic!

If you're visiting this summer, be sure to check out Flavors of Florida presented by CORKCICLE in Disney Springs, which takes place from July 1st to August 11th, 2024. You can get a peek at some of the offerings by reading up on the Disney Eats Foodie Guide that was just released...and drool at the pictures like me!

If you have any other questions, please reach out again!

Think of funny thoughts or a sunny word,
    Matt
