I chatted with a helpful Cast Member who confirmed that there's no information to share about the lounge at this time. She mentioned it has also been used for Disney Vacation Club Members in the past, so it sounds like we'll have to sit tight for now and wait for those details to emerge.
I still recommend heading over to check out the space in the Morocco Pavilion while you're at
EPCOT. The Cast Member wasn't sure what the exact entry criteria would be, so it's worth a try once it opens. And policies are always subject to change, so I'm sprinkling pixie dust to help us both relax in this space during the festival!
If the lounge doesn't open at all this year, my tip is to relax in the comfy, air-conditioned seating at
