If you have theme park tickets that may have expired, you may still be able to use the price you paid for those tickets as a credit toward the purchase of new tickets. To find out about the status of your current theme park tickets, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets/ or pictures of the tickets
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation with your theme park tickets in the email and within a few days, Disney will reach out with a solution. They can walk you through the steps to be able to get the best use out of those unused park days.
