I planned the Disney trip for my In-Law's family who have one kid who is 3. I made her profile and now I am the only one who has access to her park ticket. How can I get her park to her parents as we won't be entering at the same time?

Hey there, Brooke! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with such a great question.

Eeek! In just days, you and your family will be embarking on your magical adventure at the Most Magical Place on Earth. The only thing better than a Walt Disney World vacation is a Walt Disney World vacation with family and friends, and I couldn't be more excited for you. Now, let's tie up these loose ends so you can sit back, relax and start your countdown to the magic!

Since you made the little one's profile, you are the manager of her profile and plans, including her park tickets. But Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries." You can connect the little one and her parents and allow them to manage her plans right on your My Disney Experience account. The first step is to ensure that you and at least one of her parents are connected via your Family & Friends List. Then, for her parents to make plans for her and see and scan her park tickets, they must be connected to her profile on their Family & Friends List. Have one of her parents log into their My Disney Experience account, hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab and click "My Family & Friends." Have them click "Add a Guest," scroll down and find their daughter's profile under "Guests You May Know." After they click "Send Invite," you will receive an email where you can accept the invitation to allow them to connect.

Next, head back to your Family & Friends List and click "Manage" next to the little Mouseketeer's profile. Click the "Family & Friends List" link to the left of her profile and scroll down to select her parents under "Let Your Connections Plan." Once they accept the email invite, they should be able to make plans for her and see her tickets on their My Disney Experience accounts.

When it's time for them to scan into the parks, they can either use a MagicBand+ that is properly linked to her profile or her parents can log into their My Disney Experience app, tap the three-line menu icon, tap the "My Tickets & Passes" tile, swipe left until they find their kiddo's ticket, save the ticket to their mobile device's digital wallet, and scan her into the park for the best Disney day.

If you have any trouble, just call a helpful Cast Member with My Disney Experience for some assistance. They'll be happy to work their magic for you!

I hope this was helpful, Brooke, and I hope you all have the most magical and memorable time! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have. You've got a friend in planDisney!

    Blue skies and sunshine,

    Mandy
