Hi Jessica,
How exciting to be going to
Walt Disney World for the first time, and to be attending
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to boot! You are going to have such a magical time.
Many of the attractions at
Magic Kingdom will be open for guests at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. By scrolling partway down the website for the party, you can click on
Favorite Attractions and see a list of the attractions that will be open for you to enjoy. I truly enjoy experiencing some attractions even more at night.
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is amazing in the dark. And absolutely be sure to experience
Haunted Mansion during this Halloween party - it is a spooky delight!
You mention that you do not have to purchase a theme park ticket for this party, and you are absolutely correct. Do be sure; however, that you have purchased a ticket for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party as it does require a ticket, just not a regular theme park ticket.
Be sure to check the times for the
Boo-to-You Halloween Parade the night that you attend the party. This special parade is full of Halloween delights and is not to be missed! And of course do not miss the opportunity to
trick-or-treat throughout Magic Kingdom. There are some delicious treats to collect!
I hope that this information is helpful for you, Jessica. Have a great time planning your magical vacation, and please do feel free to come back to planDisney with any further questions!
