    hi first of all before i ask my question is it visible for all to see ie on some sort of forum or is this an email kind regard kelly

All the planDisney panelists (like me!) are real guests and all of the personalized responses we write (like this one!) are posted publicly to the planDisney website. 

    That’s part of what makes planDisney so great. With 62,362 available answers  (at the time of this writing) covering Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, Disney Vacation Club, Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland Paris, and Disney Beach resorts, it’s like the Beast’s library but dedicated to vacation planning.
