Hi Gwendolyn! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
I'm excited to hear you are considering a vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth! While it's never too early to start planning for your Walt Disney World vacation, there are restrictions on how far out you can book your stay. Bookings for 2026 are not currently available at this time. You'll most likely need to wait a few months to book a trip for next year. In years past, Walt Disney World has released vacation packages toward the end of spring or the beginning of summer for the following year, although you never exactly know if they have any tricks up their sleeve. With your anticipated arrival at the start of the year, I'm sure you are eager to get the process going. I suggest following along with the
Disney Parks Blog for any updates or announcements.
When it comes time to book your stay, the easiest way to do so is by using the
"Build Your Vacation" toolbar located at the top of the Walt Disney World website. Enter the date range you plan to travel and the number of Guests in your party. A host of Disney Resorts hotels will appear and you can select the room type that you prefer. After that, you'll choose your ticket package and also decide if you want to add the
Disney Dining Plan to your trip. The dining plans are the best way to include your meal costs in your package and give your trip a more all-inclusive feel.
If you have any trouble booking your stay, you can
call the Walt Disney World Resort and speak to a Cast Member. They will be able to book your vacation package over the phone and answer any questions you may have. You can also contact an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. These individuals are able to provide great insight into your trip and book your entire vacation for you. They can even plan your travel, especially if you need to book flights. The best part about using an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner is there is no additional cost to you! You'll pay the same amount for your trip as if you booked it yourself. Simply perform a Google search and you'll have plenty of options to choose from.
Gwendolyn, when it comes time to book your stay, I'm sure you will be more than ready!
Stop back and see us again at planDisney if you have any planning questions that come your way.
