Greetings, Kathleen!
Welcome to
planDisney. I’m glad you found us and asked your
Disneyland Resort question. I hope you’re getting excited to visit the Happiest Place on Earth!
The easiest way to review the details of the Disney eTickets you purchased is to search for the confirmation email you received when buying your
theme park tickets and making
theme park reservations. The subject line of my most recent ticket transaction email was “Disneyland Confirmation” along with a confirmation number. In this email, you can find lots of information about your tickets, including the date of purchase, the type and length of the tickets, the theme park reservation confirmation numbers, the name of the person each ticket is assigned to, the cost of the tickets, and the method you used to pay. However, please note that the link to access your eTickets will no longer work if the tickets in question have already been redeemed.
If the tickets were linked to your MyDisney account in the
Disneyland mobile app in the past, you may be able to view them there. Launch the app, tap the three stacked lines icon near the bottom right of your screen, and then select “My Tickets and Passes.” If your linked tickets are still valid they will appear here, along with the number of remaining allotments and an expiration date. You may need to swipe left or right to see all the valid tickets you’ve linked.
I hope this answers your question, Kathleen, but if you still have questions about your tickets, please
write back to us at planDisney or feel free to call the Disneyland Resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to receive live assistance from a Cast Member.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
