Nancy from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I just purchased a 1 day ticket with a pass hopper for Disneyland and DCA, with genie+ and parking, I want to see if there I way I could exchange it or cancel my current one, to buy a 2-Day Ticket with Admission to 1 Park Per Day with Genie +, parking

Hi Nancy! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

I completely understand wanting an additional day to explore the parks. A 2-day ticket is one of my family's favorite ways to visit. There's a lot to see and do this summer, including Pixar Fest. This celebration features themed menu items, Entertainment, special Characters, and super cute merchandise. It's happening now! Check out the Daily Events Schedule for scheduling information as a starting point for planning your park day. The schedule is subject to change without notice.

According to the current terms of purchase, admission tickets, including optional add-ons like Genie+, and Parking Vouchers are nonrefundable. However, if you would like to add a day to your current unused ticket and pay the difference, an upgrade is probably possible. To speak with a friendly Cast Member about your ticket options, please call the Tickets phone line. They can talk you through what ticket options are available to you at this time, so you can make an informed decision and end up with the practically perfect visit for your needs. They're always happy to help in any way they possibly can. Have your ticket ID, the e-mail associated with your MyDisney account, and a method of payment ready to go when you call. Prices are subject to change. Credit, debit, and Disney Gift Cards are all conveniently accepted methods of payment.

There are also some great Discounts and Offers available. Maybe an upgrade to one of these deals would be just the thing? Whatever you end up choosing, call soon to check on those options, because, in addition to a valid admission ticket, you'll also need a theme park reservation to enter the parks. Availability of theme park reservations is not guaranteed. It is possible for parks and days to fill up at popular times of the year.

    Have a magical day!
