Find reservation done by travel agent

    Hello from Litchfield County, Karen!

It appears part of your question may have been cut off during submission so I will do my best to answer.  I believe you may be trying to locate, and possibly link, a reservation made by your travel agent.

When you made the reservation with your travel agent, you should have received a confirmation email with details of your vacation.  Within that email, there should be a reservation number that you can use to link your reservation.  If you are having difficulty locating the reservation number, please reach out to your travel agent for assistance.

Once you have the confirmation number, you can then link your reservation to your My Disney Experience Account.  It's a very easy process but if you have any difficulty, you can call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to speak with a cast member directly.  Once you are successfully linked, you should be able to view your reservation without any issues.

Karen, your vacation is right around the corner!  If you plan on attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you may want to purchase your tickets if you haven't already.  Many dates are selling out and I don't want you to miss any of the fun!

If you have any further questions we can assist you with, please let us know.
