It’s always a great day when you can say “I’ve got a reservation at the most magical place on earth!” Now let’s help you load that reservation on to your My Disney Experience account so you can have access to it every day!
Teresa, sign into your
My Disney Experience mobile app account, tap on the menu button and scroll down to Hotel Reservations. Tap that link, and you will scroll down to a Resort Reservation spot where you can enter your confirmation number and the name on your reservation. This should load your information onto your plans!
If you are going to access your My Disney Experience account from the website, go to the “My Disney Experience” drop down menu on the top right-hand corner of the page and select “My Plans and Tickets”. Scroll down to “Resort Hotel” and select that prompt. A block with “Link a Reservation” will pop up, and you will be able to add your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation to link it to your account.
