Hi Jeffrey,
Welcome to planDisney! I'm happy to hear you have a visit planned to
Disneyland Resort. Let's make sure you're ready to experience all the magic once you arrive at the entry gates.
If you purchased tickets
online you should be able to locate your tickets by hovering over the My Disneyland link towards the top of the screen. There, scroll down to
"Ticket and Reservation Details" where you'll be able to view existing tickets and make any necessary theme park reservations. You can also find your tickets in the
Disneyland Mobile App. Navigate to the feature menu (≡) at the bottom right of your screen and select the tile for "Tickets and Passes" at the top left.
If you aren't seeing your purchased tickets online or in the Disneyland App, you'll be able to link them using the Link Tickets & Passes link. You'll have the option to type in the ID number associated with your ticket or vacation confirmation number if you purchased a room and ticket package. You should have received a confirmation email at the time of purchase with this information. My friend Greg shares some
helpful tips on accessing your tickets but you can always
call a helpful Cast Member if you need additional assistance.
I'm not sure when you'll be traveling but there are so many fantastic things to experience no matter when you decide to visit.
The Disney100 Anniversary Celebration is currently dazzling guests so make time to experience some of the specialty entertainment offerings available when you stop by.
"Rogers: The Musical" is also coming to
Disney California Adventure Park as a limited-time offering this summer, and is sure to be a hit!
I hope this helped Jeffrey. If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to come back and see us again. We'd love to help make sure your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth is practically perfect in every way.
Magic and memories,
Amy
