    how do I access my tickets?

    Hey J, thanks so much for visiting us here at planDisney - I'm excited to hear you have an upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort! Here are a couple of important tips regarding your theme park tickets and reservations:

    1. Accessing your eTicket: When you first ordered your tickets, you should have received a confirmation email - make sure to keep this email handy! To access your tickets, you'll select the "Access Your eTickets" button near the top of the email.
    2. Park Reservations: Currently, to enter either theme park at the Disneyland Resort, you'll be required to have both your ticket and a valid park reservation for the same park on the same date. Make sure to visit the Theme Park Availability calendar to make your reservation! You'll need to make a theme park reservation for each valid day of your ticket.
    3. Printed Tickets: If you'd prefer, you can print your tickets from the eTicket viewer (after clicking "Access Your eTickets" from the confirmation email you received). You can bring these printed tickets up to the gate to enter either one of the parks.
    4. eTickets and Disneyland Mobile App (My favorite option!): Though you can print your tickets if you prefer, my favorite option is to utilize the Disneyland Mobile App. Once you find your ticket confirmation email, you can open the Disneyland Mobile App, select the Menu button (the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right of the navigation bar), then tap "Tickets and Passes," and from here you can load your tickets to the mobile app by selecting "Link Tickets & Passes."

    If you're like me, then you're the "holder of the tickets" for the whole family, so I load all of our tickets up onto my app for quick scanning when we're entering the parks. (Quick tip: take a screenshot of your tickets for super quick access when park hopping!) The app is also super helpful for so many other things, but my favorite is the digital key feature when we stay at one of the hotels of the Disneyland Resort!
