These details can be easily accessed by logging into your My Disney Experience account and selecting the "My Plans" section, where you’ll find information such as park reservations, dining reservations, tickets, and resort stays for upcoming trips.
Past vacation information is not automatically displayed within your account. However, if you need details about previous visits, assistance is available. You can contact a Cast Member by calling
Disney’s Guest Services. They will be happy to help retrieve any information on past vacations that may still be accessible. Be prepared to provide details such as the email address or phone number associated with your Disney account, as this will help them locate your trip history more efficiently.
Additionally, it’s worth noting that some aspects of your past vacations might still be viewed via the My Disney Experience app or website. For instance, if you purchased
Memory Maker or used PhotoPass during your trip, the photos might still be available for viewing or downloading, depending on when your visit occurred. Checking your email for confirmation receipts, tickets, or reservation details from previous trips could also help with your vacation history.
