How do I find an existing reservation of mine on the site so I can make modifications?

Hey there, Monnica! Welcome to planDisney - I'm so glad you found us. It's always the best day ever when I get to talk about Disney Vacation Club with a fellow Member, and I'm happy to help with your question today.

The DVC Member website is your go-to destination for all the details about your Membership and any magical reservations you have planned. Once you log on, click on the "My DVC" link (you'll see this on the righthand side of the menu at the top), then select "My Dashboard". This will direct you to a home screen that displays the status of your Vacation Points for several years, and links to important information about dues, loans, and other aspects of your Membership.

When you scroll down, you will see a section titled "My Vacation Plans" that lists any upcoming bookings in chronological order. You can click into any of these trips and it will show the option to modify. This is also your go-to destination on the website to purchase park tickets, add a Disney Dining Plan, and more!

Monnica, if you have any questions about the modifications you're hoping to make, I definitely recommend calling on the experts at Member Services, either via phone or the chat feature available on the Member website. They can pull up all of the details of your Membership and answer any questions so you can have all the details you need to make those changes. I talk to the Cast Members there quite regularly for planDisney business, and they are always incredibly helpful and friendly!

One last tip for your 2025 Disney adventures - if you'll be coming "Home" to Walt Disney World Resort, Guests staying at a Disney Collection Hotel (including the Disney Vacation Club resorts) receive free water park admission on their check-in day. It's a great way to start your trip with a splash! Simply drop your bags with Bell Services at your resort, and head off for a day of fun in the sun.

I hope this information is helpful for your planning purposes, Monnica! Thanks so much for visiting planDisney - please come see us again anytime if we can assist with other questions.

    Stay Magical!
