Our February Fort Wilderness Campground reservation is visible in My Disney Experience, but not our May reservations. How can I view them?

    Hiya, Sharon! Welcome to planDisney!

Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is one of my favorite places to call home during my trips to Walt Disney World Resort! There's nothing like spending an exciting day in the parks, then heading back to our relaxing campsite under towering pine trees. But Sharon, I'm doubly excited for you because it sounds like you have two reservations on the horizon, which is extra magical! I'd love to help you view all of these plans.

If you're on the My Disney Experience app, you will likely only be able to view your next upcoming reservation after tapping the Resort Hotel tile. However, try logging into your account online! Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets where you should be able to see all of your reservations, including your Disney Resorts Collection hotel, theme park reservations, and any dining reservations.

If you don't see your reservation for May listed here, you may want to find that confirmation number and connect it through the Link Reservations and Purchases page. And if you run into any issues with any of the above steps, remember that you can always call a friendly Cast Member. They'll be happy to take a peek at your reservations and help you with your next steps!

I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust that you're able to view all of your upcoming reservations, Sharon! If anything else pops up, please write to us again.

    See ya real soon!
