How far in advance can I book 3 suites at the Art of Animation? We are visiting from January 23 to January 31, 2026. I tried booking online and the calendar will not move to January 2026. Thank you!

Welcome to planDisney, Helen! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

It’s always great to meet a fellow vacation planner like yourself! Is there anything better than planning a Walt Disney World vacation? OK, maybe going on a Walt Disney World vacation is better, but planning is a close second!

While I applaud you for looking ahead to next year, vacation packages for 2026 are not yet available for booking. No dates have been announced yet, but in recent years, vacation and hotel packages have become available in early to mid-summer. Last year was a little different as guests were able to begin making 2025 reservations in February 2024. I’d suggest keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and Walt Disney World website for updates.

The good news is that you have a bit more time for research and planning. It sounds like you’ll be visiting with a large group. It’s important—especially with a large group—to talk through trip expectations ahead of time, like what rides and shows are “must-dos” or what restaurants folks are interested in. It also sounds like you’ve chosen to stay at Art of Animation, which is a great resort. The Big Blue Pool and Cozy Cone Pool are two of the best-looking pools at Walt Disney World, and the hotel’s proximity to the Skyliner is helpful for getting to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.

Helen, best of luck with your vacation planning. I know you’ll be prepped and ready to book as soon as the 2026 vacation packages become available. Don’t hesitate to send any other questions to your pals at planDisney!

    Happy planning!
