Hi there, Tami!
Welcome to planDisney! You are just a few short days away from your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! I bet you can already start to imagine yourself strolling down Main Street towards Sleeping Beauty Castle!
While I'm only able to speak to tickets purchased via the Disneyland website, I'm happy to share some helpful tips for linking standard theme park tickets with the hope that they apply to your situation as well. If not, I'd recommend reaching out to
Guest Services. The Cast Members there will be happy to help you and get you on your way!
It sounds like you have already linked the four physical tickets to four individual Disney accounts. You'll want to ensure that all four family members have downloaded the
Disneyland App and logged into their accounts. From here, head to the three-line icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the app and select "My Tickets & Passes". Your ticket should be visible here. Tap the "+" in the top right-hand corner and select "Link Tickets & Passes". This is where the magic happens! There are a few ways to link. If you are physically in the same place, I'd recommend using the "Camera" option. One person will pull up their ticket and barcode while another taps "Camera" - a quick scan of the barcode and voila! Have them swap places and do the reverse and now they should have each other's tickets in their account. Repeat until everyone has added all four tickets to their individual account. You can double check by heading back into "My Tickets & Passes" and scrolling left to hopefully see all four tickets.
If you don't happen to be in the same place but want to link ahead of time, you would select the "Type ID" option. This is where you would share your individual ticket ID numbers and manually enter them to link. Without knowing too much about your specific tickets, I'm not able to advise where this number might be located but hopefully, it's easy to spot.
If you see all four tickets, you will be able to make Lightning Lane selections for the full group. Keep in mind that you can make your first Lightning Lane selection as soon as you scan into the parks. You will need to ensure everyone has scanned in if you want to book for the full group together, otherwise, the system will only register the Guests standing inside the park.
As you mentioned, it sounds like your tickets include
Lightning Lane Multi Pass, which is the best way to maximize the magic! Not only will you get to skip the standby queues, but you will receive unlimited digital downloads of all the
Disney PhotoPass photos you take. So, don't be shy! You can even scout out the PhotoPass locations in the app by heading to the location icon on the bottom navigation bar. When you reach the map, scroll along the top until you see PhotoPass. Tap and the map will reveal where you can find photographers that day! There's no better way to relive the magic than capturing it with some photos!
Tami, I hope this was helpful! If you have any more questions in your planning, please feel free to reach back out to us here at

Magic awaits!
