Welcome back to planDisney, Rana!
Thanks for stopping by with another great question. As my favorite crab, Sebastian loves to say- Since life is sweet here, you’ve got to be here. Naturally.
It sounds like you've got an absolutely magical trip in the making! Paris in the spring is simply beautiful, and if you're thinking about visiting Disneyland Paris while you're there, you’re in for a treat. This theme park definitely offers something a little extra special compared to the other Disney parks around the world, and I can’t wait to share why it’s worth a visit.
Disneyland Paris is known for its European charm and you’ll notice it from the moment you step into the park where you’ll feast your eyes upon, in my opinion, the most beautiful Disney castle there is! Inside, you’ll find a dragon hiding in the dungeon! It’s one of those “Did I just see that?” moments that you won’t find in the other Disney parks.
Overall, European influence is woven throughout. Phantom Manor, for example, is this park’s version of Haunted Mansion, but interestingly, with a country western theme. It’s so interesting to see the European take on American classics. “it’s a small world” and Pirates of the Caribbean also offer unique twists.
And let’s not forget about the food. Nearly every American first-timer gloves the opportunity to sip champagne on Main Street U.S.A. And I always recommend booking a meal at Bistrot Chez Rémy. You’ll get that perfect blend of Disney magic and Parisian elegance.
Oh, and don’t worry about getting there from the city center—it's super easy! You’ve got plenty of transport options, whether you take a direct train from Gare de Lyon, the Disneyland Paris Express shuttle, or use a ride-share service. The park is just a short trip away.
I’m so excited for you and your family as you plan your trip to Paris, Rana! I hope this gives you a little extra Disney inspiration, and I know you’ll have an unforgettable time.
Bon voyage!
