Welcome to planDisney, Princess Jasmine!!
Thank you for such a wonderful question. Let me just say, there’s nothing quite like the excitement of planning a trip to Disneyland Paris, and I’m thrilled to help you make the most of your adventure. This resort holds a special place in my heart, and I can’t wait to share tips that I’ve gathered over the years with you!
Jasmine, summer is when you’ll find the most guests from all around the world. The heat and humidity can be intense, but there’s something so vibrant and lively about the park in the summer.
Autumn in Northern France brings a bit more rain and humidity, but that only adds to the cozy charm of the
Halloween season here—it’s uniquely and delightfully European. This time of year holds a special place in my heart because my very own Prince Charming proposed to me in front of
Sleeping Beauty Castle in autumn. It was a moment straight out of a fairy tale!
I’ve had the absolute joy of introducing my teenage students to the holiday wonderland of Disneyland Paris several years in a row, and ringing in the New Year there is truly something special! One of the best-kept secrets is that the crowds tend to be lighter on New Year’s Day. As a California girl, I find the chilly French weather refreshing—it gives me an extra burst of energy as I dash from land to land, soaking up every bit of the holiday cheer.
That said, my absolute favorite time to visit is spring. Paris in the springtime is as dreamy as it sounds, and Disneyland Paris is no exception. While you might run into spring break crowds and a lingering winter chill until April, the entire resort and city come alive with blooming flowers and fresh energy.
Now, Jasmine, let’s talk about what the adults can enjoy! Did you know Disneyland Paris is actually located about 30 miles east of Paris in the Champagne region of France? It’s the perfect spot for an adult Mouseketeer to indulge in the world’s finest sparkling wine!
First-timers often love to
sip champagne on Main Street U.S.A., but I’m more of a
Minnie Mouse type—I like to shop ’til I drop, collecting unique trinkets all around the parks and
Disney Village. For those with gourmet tastes, I highly recommend dining at the
Bistrot Chez Rémy. It’s
inspired by a children’s movie, but the dishes are designed for a sophisticated palate.
Overall as they say, Paris is always a good idea! Thanks again for your question, Jasmine. I can’t wait to continue helping you plan your visit to this magical place. If you think of any more questions, you don’t need to go over, sideways, and under to find the answers! Just hop a carpet and
fly back to me with more questions.
Je suis ton meilleur ami!You ain’t never had a friend like me!
