Me and my family will be staying a week at Disney All Stars movie resort. We plan on going to the Halloween party on October 11th. Will the shuttle buses be available to take us back to our hotel after party?

Boo to you, Leslie! Before you know it, the magic of Halloween will materialize as the spirits welcome you to a not-so-scary celebration of Mickey-shaped pumpkins, frightfully fun treats, and seasonal entertainment that's sure to leave you as smiley as a grim-grinning ghost!

Leslie, Disney's All-Star Movies Resort is my favorite value resort at Walt Disney World! I love the larger-than-life icons that represent some of my favorite Disney classics like 101 Dalmatians and Toy Story, which make for some fun photo opportunities! As with all Disney Resort hotels, complimentary transportation is provided for guests of Disney's All-Star Movies Resort to and from each of the theme parks, Disney Water Parks, and Disney Springs. On nights when the parks are open late for special ticketed events such as Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, one of the best perks of choosing a Disney Resort hotel is not worrying about getting back to your hotel after a late night because the buses will run until all guests have emptied the park and been magically transported to their home away from home for a good night's sleep! Rest assured that no matter how late you stay to enjoy the spooky celebration at Magic Kingdom Park, you will have a bus to transport you when you're ready!

Now that we have covered the transportation logistics, I'd love to share a few Halloween party tips with you!
    • While the party officially kicks off at 7 PM, guests with a ticket can enter Magic Kingdom starting at 4 PM. If you are already visiting the park earlier in the day, you can check in for the party and collect your party credentials (wristbands) from a few locations in the park without having to go to the front entrance.
    • Be sure to check out the ride overlays on attractions like Space Mountain and Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor after the 7 PM hour. They take on a seasonal vibe for Halloween that makes them extra enchanting!
    • The trick-or-treat stations are super generous with treating guests; if you'd rather not carry bagfuls of candy all night, save this for later in the event! I find the lines are also shorter the later you go!
    • Be sure to visit with some of your favorite characters who will be dressed up in their Halloween costumes - this is one of my favorite things about the party, and I can't wait to see Mickey and Minnie in their brand-new Halloween outfits this year!
Leslie, I hope this helps you plan your night at the Halloween party, and I hope you have the absolute best time on your upcoming vacation! If you have any other questions before your arrival, come on back to planDisney and let us know! We're the happiest haunts when we hear from guests like you!

    Stay Spooky,
    Alison
