Hi Heather,
There is no need to worry because once you enter Walt Disney World, you will be taken care of with an extra dash of pixie dust!
Cribs and playpens are available at all Disney Resort Hotels but quantities are limited so make sure that you go ahead and have the resort add this request to your reservation.
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is my favorite Disney resort and I know our family will love everything it has to offer. I would note to make sure you reserve a room that is not in the main building. The main building is currently undergoing refurbishments and can be a little noisy during the day. This may be an issue for you if your baby needs to come back to the room for naps at midday.
I always love to spend a day just relaxing poolside at this resort because the pool is so beautiful and it also offers
Cabana Rentals. This is especially nice with a baby because you will have a shaded space with comfortable chairs, provided snacks, a ceiling fan, and a refrigerator so you have everything you need to keep yourself and your baby cool and comfortable while enjoying a fun pool day!
After a long day at the theme park, I also love coming back to the Grand Floridian because I can grab a drink at the
Enchanted Rose and then watch the
Electrical Water Pageant from my room balcony while the little ones sleep. The Lavender Fog cocktail is particularly delicious.
Happy Planning
Jenna
