Our family is planning on visiting March 31-April 2 for spring break. When I called information, I was told there was a good chance there would be fireworks/fantasmic every day during spring break. Is there a chance those will be added still?

Hey there, hi there, Lori! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you stopped by with your planning question for us!

Your spring break visit is quickly approaching and I hope your family is getting very excited! Fireworks are a wonderful way to end the night, so I understand you are hoping that you'll get a chance for nighttime spectaculars while you are visiting. When it comes to the schedule, there's always a possibility for change, and there could be fireworks added to the nightly schedule during your visit. Right now, it's spring break for a lot of areas and there are nightly fireworks this week and next week according to the schedule, so you may just miss it. Luckily, there is Mickey's Mix Magic with projections every night during your visit. World of Color - ONE will be happening nightly over at California Adventure. I suggest checking the Disneyland app or website to check the Hours & Events Calendar to see if any updates happen closer to your visit.

If you head to the website to look at the Hours & Events Calendar, you can switch the calendar from a 5-day view to a day view. On the day view, you will be able to see what attractions and experiences are scheduled to be closed that day for refurbishment. I like to take a peek there so we can manage the expectations of our party ahead of time.

Lori, I hope your family has a wonderful visit to The Happiest Place on Earth! See you real soon!

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
