My family has the Pixie Pass and our renewal date is coming up. We’re also supposed to be moving out of state before the year is over. If we renew our passes, will they be cancelled when we move?

Hey there, Hallie! Thanks for dropping by planDisney and especially for being a part of the Annual Passholder family. I'm also a Disney Pixie Dust Passholder and enjoy the perks and benefits my pass brings. So, let's pour some fresh-squeezed orange juice and look at your renewal options.

I talked with a helpful Cast Member who recommended that you contact V.I.Passholder Support to explain the details of your situation and potential move. If you live close by, you can also stop by any Guest Relations location for in-person help. Cast Members will need to know if you're on the monthly payment plan and other specifics about your passes to help you make the best decision about renewal.

When it comes to taking care of admission and other issues, the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs is my go-to spot. It's so convenient, and I always spend a few hours shopping and snacking my way through "The Springs," with the World of Disney® being my first stop. My husband usually insists on sitting at the Frontera Cocina bar for Chips & Toasted Pumpkin Seed Hummus. Spending time at Disney Springs is the perfect way to mix business with pleasure!

Hallie, we'd hate to lose you as a resident of the Sunshine State, but adventure is out there! Enjoy your time living close to the magic, and stop by planDisney with any other questions.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
