    Our family has 5 members and my brothers has 3 members. So we had to list my daughter on his reservation to have 4 people in each room. Do we need to fill out a minor travel consent form if we are on the boat but in a different cabin?

    Thanks for sailing by planDisney; we are glad you're here! How exciting to have your family along on a Disney Cruise Line adventure! I think a Disney cruise with family and friends is the best.

    I confirmed with a shoreside Disney Cruise Line Cast Member that you will not need an 
    Authorization for Minor to Travel without a Parent or Legal Guardian form for your daughter since you are traveling on the same itinerary. So, you should be good to go!

    It looks like you may be sailing aboard Disney Wish, Nathan. You are going to love this beautiful ship! One of my favorite things to do on embarkation day is the "Walking the Wish" tour. It is open to all ages and is complimentary. You will learn how storytelling and technology brought Disney Wish to life. It isn't offered on each sailing, so check your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app when you board the ship to see if it is offered.
