Hey there Natalie,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! I'm thrilled to see that your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth will be here in just a few days!
I certainly understand the importance of ticket organization when visiting with a large group. Typically when you purchase your
theme park tickets through the Disneyland Resort website, you'll assign a name to each ticket.
After the purchase is complete, you can link all or some of your group's tickets to each group member through their Disneyland Resort mobile app. This can be helpful if people are splitting up, if you're traveling with little ones, and/or if your group is planning on purchasing
Lightning Lane Multi Pass as then any member of your group can book a Lightning Lane return time window for your whole group.
Once a ticket is scanned for the first time to enter a park, the Cast Member at the entry gate will take a quick picture of the ticket holder that will be tied to that ticket for its duration.
If any of the tickets have the incorrect name on them and you're concerned that it'll get confusing for people in your group, then I would recommend
calling a Cast Member at the Tickets line to get them corrected. If you just need to unlink a particular ticket then they can help you with more information on that as well.
Thanks again for your question, Natalie! I hope you have a great time on your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
