I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing the email account tied to your MyDisney account. Typically, to change the email associated with an existing
MyDisney account, you'll be sent a code in the currently active email account to verify that you're the owner of the account - just to ensure your account stays secure.
It might be worth trying to reset the password of your old email account to regain access to it. If you're not able to do that, it might also be worth considering creating a new MyDisney account with your current email account information.
