Hi Tiffany!
First, welcome to planDisney, and second, you had me at matching pajamas. I'm a fan of at least one coordinating family ensemble per trip so I absolutely love your idea for matching holiday attire during your upcoming
Very Merrytime Cruise.
I reviewed the
cruise casual dress code guidelines and noted that swimwear and tank tops are not permitted in rotational dining restaurants. However, the guidelines didn't specifically mention pajamas, so I reached out to a Crew Member via online chat for more information. I learned that "pajamas would not be acceptable for rotational dining as they would not fit the minimum Cruise Casual requirement." However, I don't think you need to scrap the idea altogether.
Instead, pack those cute PJs for a family photo with Santa or even while enjoying some of the
festive activities around the ship. My pal
Tracie noted some adorable matching sets on a past holiday voyage, and I think I'll be saving the idea for my own December 2025 sailing.
Keep in mind that if you have plans to visit
Palo or
Remy on your Disney Dream sailing these spaces do have an elevated dress code. My husband and I love getting dressed up for an adult-only escape during our voyages, and I can't recommend the experience and service highly enough!
I hope that helped, Tiffany. Feel free to cruise on back to planDisney with more planning questions as you countdown to your sailing. In the meantime, be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to keep track of your countdown with adorable character emojis each day.
Magic and memories,
Amy
