It sounds like you're trying to link your vacation package in My Disney Experience. This is a quick process with just a few simple steps, so let’s get you set up in the
My Disney Experience mobile app! From there you’ll be able to add even more magic to your plans, like making dining reservations and Lightning Lane passes!
In the My Disney Experience mobile app, just click on the (☰) on the bottom right of your screen. Then scroll down until you see Link to Account. Next, click Type ID. Then you’ll see a section that says Resort Reservation. This is where you can enter the confirmation number and last name on the reservation. Finally, just click Link Resort. Then you should be all set!
If you have any other members of your traveling party on your reservation who have their own My Disney Experience account, you can also link with them in the mobile app. In the same place you found Link to Account, instead click Profile. At the top of the screen, you’ll see Family & Friends List. Just scroll down and click Add a Guest. Once you’ve linked to your family and friends, you can coordinate plans for details like resort hotel reservations, dining reservations, Lightning Lane passes,
Disney PhotoPass, and more!
When you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, the My Disney Experience app will be even more helpful! Be sure to familiarize yourself with all the ways it makes managing your Disney vacation a breeze right from the palm of your hand. You make or modify dining reservations, view park maps and wait times, locate your favorite characters, and even use it as your
Disney resort hotel room key! My favorite tools are
mobile ordering, which saves you time at select dining locations, and
Lightning Lane, which allows you to upgrade your experience and access your favorite rides faster.
