I would like to enquire if I can have my hotel room at the Caribbean beach resort in the Jamaica area. Is this possible please.

    Hi Norah!
    Welcome to planDisney.

It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow guests from the UK, and this is a good question about room requests.

A good way to make your room request for the Jamaica area at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort would be to call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations on UK freephone number: 0800 16 90 730, have your booking reference handy.  If you made your reservation with a different tour operator, they can probably put a request in for you.

Please note that all requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.

Sometimes I have used a 3rd-party travel company such as Touring Plans who have the facility to send in room requests on your behalf.  They have good maps of each Disney Resort hotel so at the very least it gives you a good idea about which room location you would like.  This is especially useful for Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort because you can request a room location and a room number.  The maps will help you find your bearings at this large resort. Again, no requests can be guaranteed.

I wish you luck, and hope you secure the room with the view and location you are happy with!  Please come back if you have any further questions, and you can send me a direct question if you wish.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday at Walt Disney World!
