I just saw a recent YouTube video review of Fort wilderness. When we stayed there over two years ago, early entry to the parks was included. The reviewer stated that this is not the case anymore. Is this true or are they mistaken?

    Hi Michael!

Welcome to planDisney!  I'm happy to help make a list of resort benefits (and check it twice!) as you prepare to spend a jolly holiday at Walt Disney World Resort!  If you haven't yet had a chance to check out all of the festive fun happening this year during the holiday season, I'd encourage you to visit the Disney Parks Blog for more details.

Michael, both The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are considered part of the Disney Resorts Collection, and I'm happy to confirm that Guests staying here currently can enjoy Early Theme Park Entry!  This is also true for the all-new Disney Vacation Club cabins that are available for stays beginning September 27, 2024.  Early Theme Park Entry is one of my favorite perks of staying in the Disney Resorts Collection, as my family includes little ones who are early risers.  We can get up, have a quick breakfast, and be in the park ready to experience some of our must-do attractions before the theme parks open for all other Guests.

Don't forget that Early Theme Park Entry is just one of the many benefits available when you stay in the Disney Resorts Collection!  You'll also be able to take advantage of earlier booking windows for advanced dining reservations and Lightning Lane passes.  Additionally, you can enjoy complimentary resort transportation and you have the option to add a dining plan to your stay if booked as a vacation package, which includes theme park tickets.

Michael, I hope this information is helpful and that you enjoy a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World Resort later this year!  If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney!

    Cheers,
    Kristi
