    I have the enchant key and realize I am mostly blacked out during the summer. However, if I was to go to Disneyland during one of my black out dates using a regularly purchased ticket would my magic key discounts still apply during that visit?

    Welcome to planDisney and we appreciate you stopping by with your question! First of all, congrats on becoming a Magic Keyholder! I'm glad that they seem more readily available than this time last year and I hope you will enjoy yours as much as I have mine.

    I'm happy to report to you that, aside from parking benefits, all Magic Key discounts remain active even on blockout dates. So if you were to enter the Parks using a standard Theme Park Ticket, you would still be eligible for your Magic Key discount at participating merchandise and food locations! Isn't that great news?! Sometimes it's that discount that really makes that Magic Key worth it for me.

    Before you schedule your summer visit, take a look at the 2024 Events Calendar to get an idea of what to expect all year long. It seems like there's always something happening at the Disneyland Resort, so there's never a dull moment. I especially enjoy the Halloween Season and all the decorations that go up around that time of year.
