When I was at the Emporium last week I bought a plastic container that stores flour. I believe it’s called the Mickey and friends flour container and when I got home I realized that the seal on it is broken. I am wondering how I can replace it:)

Hello, Stephen! Welcome to planDisney. It's always fun to bring a little bit of magic home with you from Walt Disney World Resort, but it's not so magical when you get home, and your item is defective. I'd be happy to offer some suggestions.

The number for Merchandise Guest Services is (877) 560-6477. They are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST. Make sure to have your SKU number handy so that they can locate the flour container. My friend, Robyn, also recommends emailing them at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com, and then you can attach photos of your broken item, as well as a copy of your receipt or credit card statement from the purchase.

I'm a fan of the Disney Parks Mousewares Collection myself. I did a quick search on shopDisney, and it looks like the Mickey Mouse and Friends Flour Container is currently out of stock (hopefully, they still have them available in the Parks). If they are unable to replace it, I recommend treating yourself to something else in this fun Collection. I've had my eye on the Mickey Mouse and Friends Mixing Bowl!

I hope this helps, Stephen! If you have any more questions, remember, we're all ears!
