    I bought a bunch of stuff in the emporium and had it shipped home. Two of the items were shattered, what do I do to get them replaced?

    I'm so sorry to hear some of your Walt Disney World souvenirs were damaged during shopping. I can only imagine how not magical it was to open that box and see your carefully chosen merchandise broken into pieces. I'm sending you a Mickey-sized hug!

    You will want to contact Merchandise Guest Services for assistance. I recently had a defective souvenir, and they were really helpful and quickly sent me a replacement piece. They can be reached by calling 877-560-6477 or emailing Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. If you choose to email, attach photos of your broken items, as well as a copy of your receipt or credit card statement from the purchase. The more information you provide, the more quickly a Cast Member will be able to assist you. 

    I'm sending pixie-dusted wishes that you'll be able to quickly resolve this issue. I hope this means you were able to visit during The World's Most Magical Celebration - I just adore so much of the merchandise available to celebrate Walt Disney World's 50th anniversary and can't wait to buy all the things when I visit!
