Ahoy there, Candela!
Welcome aboard planDisney! You're just two days away from setting sail on an unforgettable adventure through the Norwegian fjords! Your next big decision might just be which sweater makes it into the suitcase...right next to those pirate costumes.
Before we dive into the schedule, let's borrow a little wisdom from our favorite blue Genie. As he says, "There are a few, uh, provisos, a couple of quid pro quos." In this case, it means entertainment schedules can always change, so be sure to check your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you're onboard for the final details. That said, here's the current plan for your sailing:
• Day 1 (Southampton) – Cruise Casual
• Day 2 (At Sea) – Formal Night
• Day 3 (Haugesund) – Cruise Casual
• Day 4 (Olden) – Pirate Night
• Day 5 (Ålesund) – Cruise Casual
• Day 6 (Mekjarvik) – Semi-Formal Night
• Day 7 (At Sea) – Cruise Casual
Now, remember those "provisos" I mentioned? European itineraries have one of their own. Because of local laws and regulations, fireworks are not planned during
Pirate Night on your sailing. I know that might feel like a little bit of a bibbidi bobbidi bummer, but don't let that dampen your pirate spirit. You'll still get to enjoy the pirate-themed dinner, lively entertainment, and deck party, so there will be plenty of opportunities to practice your best "Arrr!"
Honestly, I think sailing through the Norwegian fjords is a pretty fair trade. Towering cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and storybook villages feel like something straight out of Frozen. If Anna and Elsa suddenly appeared around the next bend, I don't think anyone would question it!
I hope this helps as you put the final touches on your packing! Between Pirate Night, the incredible scenery, and a week
aboard the Disney Dream, your crew is in for a voyage that's equal parts adventure and Disney magic.
Sea ya real soon with sunshine on deck and fireworks lighting up the night sky,
Dustin
