Disney's Wilderness Lodge is finally here, you must be so excited! Thank you for asking about having items delivered to your Villa! Ordering groceries for delivery can be so much easier than trying to pack everything for your trip. Let's take a look at arranging delivered to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel.
Many third-party delivery companies will deliver groceries and other items to Disney Resorts Collection hotels - it's a great option for Guests without a personal vehicle or those limited by luggage space when flying. Having groceries or essentials delivered directly to the resort is a wonderful way to lighten the load and ease arrival-day stress. Upon delivery, orders are held at
Bell Services until the Guest is ready for pickup. Alternatively, Guests may request that Bell Services bring the items directly to their room for a small fee, provided check-in has been completed and the room does not display an “Occupied” sign.
Resort hotels cannot accept deliveries containing alcohol or other age-restricted items on behalf of Guests. For these types of orders, a Guest aged 21 or older must be present and show ID to receive them directly. If you’re considering ordering alcohol, I recommend checking your vacation schedule and planning the delivery for a time when you’ll be available at the resort.
