Welcome to planDisney, Marie Grace, and Welcome Home!
One of the highlights of
Disney Vacation Club Membership is the ability to have incredible
DVC Resort vacations planned ahead of time each year. It adds an extra layer of pixie dust to know another DVC adventure is just around the riverbend. Let's take a look at any associated fees.
The only regular fees of Membership are
Disney Vacation Club Annual Dues. DVC Annual Dues are similar to homeowner association fees and they can either be paid at the beginning of the year in one payment or spread out monthly throughout the year. When you use your Vacation Points to book a DVC Resort at
Walt Disney World Resort you will not have any other fees. So unless you charge any purchases to your room during your stay, your Resort Folio at the end of the trip should be zero! There are only two exceptions to no fees being applied at DVC Resorts. Both
The Villas at Disneyland Hotel and
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa have a
transient tax imposed by their respective states. So if you are booking a stay at Walt Disney World Resort, your stay should be completely free of any fees. I hope this helps you with planning your stay. If you have any additional DVC questions, feel free to come back to see us at planDisney!
Enjoy making magical memories!
