Hi! We are due to arrive on Thursday and will be staying at one of the WDW resorts. When we booked our holiday, included in our stay was a refillable cup - can you advise if this applies and if it is a cup or a bottle?

    Hi there, Gemma!

A warm welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you've stopped by with a delightful Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! I'm thrilled to hear you'll be making your way to The Most Magical Place on Earth very soon. There's nothing quite like checking in at a Disney Resort hotel - for me, it feels like being welcomed home! I'd be happy to help you prepare for your pixie-dusted arrival.

It sounds like you've taken advantage of an awesome special offer, Gemma. Guests visiting from the U.K. often have access to fantastic deals on Disney Resort hotel reservations and theme park ticket packages! Depending on which special offer you've secured, you may be taking advantage of deeply discounted resort accommodations, 14-day theme park tickets for the price of a 7-day ticket, a complimentary dining plan, or other great perks. It sounds like the offer you booked included a Resort refillable mug, which is a great value, Gemma. Usually, Resort refillable mugs are included for Guests who purchase the Disney Dining Plan or Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan. (These mugs are also available for purchase at all of the Disney Resort hotels!) If your vacation package included a Resort refillable mug, you'll be able to pick one up at your Resort hotel upon check-in - usually at your resort's Quick-Service dining location or Food Court. Just ask the friendly Cast Members at the Front Desk how to claim your mug once you arrive!

Gemma, Resort refillable mugs have changed shape, size, and appearance over the years, but at the time of writing, these mugs are 16 oz. insulated coffee-style containers. Each mug features RFID technology which activates the Rapid Fill beverage fill stations located at each Disney Resort hotel, allowing Guests to enjoy unlimited fountain drinks, coffee, and tea at the resorts for their length of stay (up to 14 nights). It's important to note that Rapid Fill stations are only located in the Resort hotels and not within the theme parks, but I still enjoy filling my mug before heading out during the day, and then topping off with water while playing in the parks!

I do hope you've found this information helpful as you prepare for an enchanting escape to The Most Magical Place on Earth, Gemma. I'm wishing you a holiday filled with special memories - and cold beverages! If you have any additional questions before or during your vacation, you're always welcome to revisit us right here at planDisney. We're all ears!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
