Oh boy... your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just a few days away. Are you counting down the minutes yet!? I'd be happy to help you sort out your
MagicBand+ mix-up to the best of my ability!
Oh bother... it seems as though you've accidentally assigned a MagicBand+ to the incorrect Guest. Jennifer, normally, once a MagicBand has been linked to a Guest, it cannot be reassigned or transferred to another person. However, since this was done in error and the MagicBand+ has not been used yet, I recommend reaching out to the Help Desk Cast Members via the chat function on the Walt Disney World Resort website or within the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Alternatively, you could reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line! They should be able to assist you with getting the right bands assigned to their correct owners.
MagicBands that have already been assigned to a Guest and
used cannot be reassigned, Jennifer. If this is the case, you'll want to either purchase a new MagicBand+ or rely on another method for theme park entry, Disney Resort hotel room entry, etc. Alternatively, Guests can create a digital pass using
Disney MagicMobile service (in the My Disney Experience mobile app) to function much like a MagicBand or request a physical card at a Guest Relations location when they arrive on-site.
