Hi Daniel,
We're so glad you decided to stop by with a question for us. I'm happy to help make sure you're tech-ready for your upcoming visit!
Once you've downloaded the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, sign in and navigate to the feature menu (≡) at the bottom right of the screen. There, select the option for "Tickets and Passes" from the right column, and then click the "Link Tickets & Passes" option at the top of your screen. You might also see a "+" if you happen to have other tickets already linked to your app. Click that to move on to the next step.
On the following screen, you'll be able to link your admission media by scanning the ticket code with your phone's camera or by manually inputting the ID Number. You should also see the option to assign the ticket to yourself or a member of your Family & Friends list. Once
linked, you'll be able to access the parks using your linked
MagicBand+ or by creating a
Disney MagicMobile Service pass on eligible devices.
If you purchased your theme park tickets or a Walt Disney Walt Resort vacation package online, your tickets may already be linked to your account. Follow the steps above to locate them in the "Tickets and Passes" section and prepare for your magical visit.
Theme park reservations are no longer required for date-based tickets, but if you happen to be linking a variable expiration ticket or another admission type, you will need to make a reservation for the days you plan to visit the parks.
If you have any questions please come right back here and let us know. You are also welcome to
reach out to a Cast Member by phone for further assistance.
Wishing you a magical and memorable visit,
Amy
