Hello there, Teresa!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! You've come to the right place to get answers about how to get your magical moments from your app and into your phone's albums. My family practically lives in the
My Disney Experience App, and I download photos from there often. Let's dive right in!
First, let's talk about how to download your photos from the My Disney Experience App. Just follow these steps, and you'll be good to go:
-Select the three horizontal lines in the lower right corner, which will take you to the main menu.
-Select “Photos.” Find one of your memorable shots, and click on it.
-Under the photo, select "Save," and then select the desired download size. "High (5 MB") is the best quality.
Although I prefer to download the photos on the go (sometimes while I'm still at the theme park), the most efficient way to download your photos is to head over to the
Disney PhotoPass website. What makes it so special? There, you can download all of your photos at once. Woohoo! You can take advantage of this feature by doing the following:
-Visit the Disney PhotoPass website, and then log in to your Disney account.
-Select "View Gallery."
-Move your cursor toward any of your photos until a gray check mark appears in its upper right corner. Select the check mark.
-A thumbnail version of the selected photo will appear at the top of the page, and you'll want to select "Select all visible media."
-All of your photos will automatically checkmark (I love that convenience!) If there are more photos that aren't visible, scroll down so they can also be added.
-Select "Download" at the top of the page.
Teresa, sorting through your photos is going to bring back all of the happy memories. If you find that you have more questions, or even need help planning your next vacation, revisit us here at planDisney.
I’m all ears! Magic always,
LeAndra
