I have two rooms reserved for the same time through a travel agent. They show up as two separate reservations. Do I need to puchase Memory Maker twice; once on each reservation or will everyone's magic bands with just one purchase?

    Hi Annette,

Thank you for visiting planDisney! It sounds like you are planning a vacation with a large group of family and friends which is the best way to experience Walt Disney World Resort, in my opinion.

Your Memory Maker purchase will be linked to your My Disney Experience account. You’ll be able to view and download the photos of up to 25 members of your Family & Friends List, so one Memory Maker purchase should be enough if you are willing to download the photos for your travel party. To make sure you can see the photos of your entire travel party, each Guest must allow photo sharing within their My Disney Experience account. These steps must be completed on the Walt Disney World website and cannot be done through the My Disney Experience mobile app.

On the Walt Disney World website, your friends should log in to their My Disney Experience account and visit “My Family & Friends List.” If you are the Guest with the Memory Maker purchase linked to your account, they should find your name in their Family & Friends List and click “Settings” next to your name. Your travel party should allow you to view their Disney PhotoPass photos. You can follow these steps in your My Disney Experience account for each member of your party.

Once your family and friends allow photo sharing with you, any Disney PhotoPass photos they collect from attractions or Disney PhotoPass photographers will appear in your My Disney Experience account under “My Photos.” I recommend downloading them soon after you return from your vacation, as photos currently expire 45 days from the date they were taken

I hope this was helpful, Annette. Don't forget to make time for one large group shot of your entire travel party! I suggest in front of Cinderella Castle, or a Super Zoom Magic Shot in any of the four theme parks. If you have any further questions as you plan for your great, big, beautiful vacation, planDisney is just a click away!
