Hello there Laura! How exciting that you were able to secure a Disneyland Magic Key Pass!
If you do not activate your
Magic Key Pass within one year of purchase, then your Magic Key Pass will expire, and no refunds will be given. However, according to the
Magic Key Terms and Conditions, the amount paid for an unactivated, expired Pass may be applied towards the purchase of a new pass (subject to availability) at the then current price as long as the new Pass purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for your original Magic Key Pass.
Since Magic Key Passes are not currently available for new sales, I highly recommend connecting with a Cast Member on the
Magic Key Holders Guest Services Line to discuss what your options are, and if there are new Magic Key Passes available. I'm sending you all of the pixie dust that you're able to find a suitable solution for your Magic Key!
There are so many wonderful things taking place throughout the Disneyland Resort right now!
Halloween Time is in full swing, and the
Holidays are right around the corner! I love to enjoy the seasonal offerings whether it's
Haunted Mansion Holiday in Disneyland Park, or exploring the foodie guides on the
Disney Parks Blog.
Best of luck getting your Magic Key pass straightened out, Laura! Don't hesitate to
come back to planDisney with any other questions.
Have a magical day!
Melissa
