We are doing a split stay for our upcoming trip. Will bell services transfer a collapsed single stroller along with our luggage?

Welcome to planDisney, Alexandra! We’re so glad you stopped by with your question!

First off, how exciting that you’ll get to experience the magic of two different Walt Disney World Resorts during your trip. That’s like two vacations in one! Plus, did you know there’s an extra perk? When doing a split-stay, Guests in 2025 can enjoy water park admission on their check-in day at both resorts—how amazing is that? It’s a great way to add some splashtacular fun to your stay.

Now, about your stroller: I reached out to a Cast Member, and unfortunately, personal strollers can’t be transported by Bell Services for liability reasons (Stroller rental companies are a bit different). That said, I always recommend double-checking with Bell Services at your resort when you arrive, just in case policies have changed. The good news? Bell Services will happily transfer your luggage, including any non-perishable groceries for you.

    Here’s how it works:
        1.    On your checkout day at your first resort, bring your luggage to Bell Services and let them know you’re transferring to another resort.
        2.    Bell Services will tag and transport your luggage to your second resort.
        3.    Once you arrive at your second resort, you can either pick up your luggage at Bell Services or call to have it delivered to your room.

Here are some planDisney tips for your split stay:
        •    Pack a carry-on bag with anything you’ll need during the day, like swimsuits, snacks, or even a change of clothes. Luggage transfers can sometimes take until 6 PM. (Trust me, I learned this the hard way when we showed up to a 5 PM California Grill reservation still in our park clothes—oops!)
        •    Remember to make dining reservations for each part of your trip separately. You can book dining for the first part of your stay 60 days out from your first check-in day. For the second part of your stay, you’ll need to wait until 60 days before your second check-in day to book those reservations.

I hope your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is blossoming with magic and sprinkled with pixie dust! If you have any other questions, please pop back in—we’re always here to help!

    See ya real soon,
