Does disneyland still do the jedi training? If so, where and how do I sign my daughter up for it?

    Hello, Jennifer!

Welcome to planDisney! It looks like your visit to Disneyland Resort is about a month away. I bet your family is excited to experience the Happiest Place on Earth soon!

Training as a Jedi would be an honor for a young Padawan. Regretfully, Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple ended a few years ago. I know that is disappointing news! Luckily, there are still plenty of Star Wars experiences to enjoy during your visit. You will arrive at Disneyland Park just in time to participate in the Star Wars celebration, Season of the Force! Taking place from April 5 through June 2, 2024, galactic visitors can jump to lightspeed on new adventures aboard Star Tours – The Adventures Continue and fly into a galaxy far, far away on Hyperspace Mountain. There will also be specially-themed food and merchandise, so bring plenty of credits (also known as money on planet Earth).

If your daughter is looking for a celestial friend, she may be interested in building a droid at Droid Depot in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. She can choose between a BB-series, C-series, or R-series unit that she can custom-build! My kids loved this experience, and a droid is a powerful keepsake from a special trip to Disneyland! As General Leia said, “Never underestimate a droid.” Advanced reservations are highly recommended and can be made on the Disneyland website

My kids always ask to find bounties as part of Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters when we visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. After being assigned a bounty at the job board, Guests can search for the bounty using vibrations and lights on their MagicBand+ to point them in the right direction. It is a lot of fun for our entire family!

Jennifer, I hope this information was helpful. Please feel free to contact me again if you have other questions!

May the Force be with you!
