planDisney. I love going to my favorite place with my favorite people, and it sounds like you’re about to do the same thing! I also make sure to rock the
MagicBand+ whenever I visit the parks. It’s super cool that you’re sharing the magic.
You should absolutely be able to let your friends use your extra bands. Get everything sorted out using the
Disneyland Mobile App. First, click the (☰) on the home page, and then scroll down to the MagicBand+ button. If you can’t see all of your MagicBands at this point, press the blue (+) in the upper-right corner and follow the instructions for each band. Tap a band you plan to share, and it will show all the tickets you have linked to your app. If you don’t see all of the tickets, press “Link Another Ticket or Magic Key Pass” and follow the instructions to link all the tickets. From there, click a band, press Assign, and choose the ticket you want to link. Pass it to your friend, and you should be on your way.
Julie, the MagicBand+ feature I love the most is the ability to scan for Lightning Lane entry. Since you’re planning an awesome trip with a group of your pals, consider purchasing
Lightning Lane Multi Pass! Make Lightning Lane reservations for specific rides, and when your return time comes up, you get to use the Lightning Lane, which is shorter and faster than the standard line. My planDisney pal,
